Contact Scorsync
Scorsync support is handled by email, at support@scorsync.com. One address covers everything — meets, results, accounts, billing, API access and privacy requests — so there is nothing to work out before writing, and no form standing between you and a reply.
support@scorsync.com
Meet setup and results corrections, account and subscription questions, API and partner access, athlete media removal, press and everything else.
What to include
Scorsync's data is organised around meets, athletes and clubs, and almost every question is answered faster when the message names which one. A URL is the single most useful thing you can send — every meet, athlete, club and result page on Scorsync has a permanent address, and pasting it removes all the guessing.
- A score or placement looks wrong. Send the meet URL, the athlete's name, and the event, round and level. Note that results are published exactly as the judges' table submits them, so corrections usually have to come from the meet director — we can tell you who that is.
- You are hosting a meet. Tell us the meet name, the dates, the sanctioning body and which scoring system the judges will be using. Meet-scoped ingest tokens are issued per competition.
- Account, billing or subscription. Send the email address on the account. Never send a password — nobody at Scorsync will ask for one.
- API or partner integration. Say which endpoints you need and what the integration does. Read the developer resources first: the public read endpoints need no credential at all, so you may not need to write to us.
- Athlete media removal. Name the athlete and, if you have it, the meet. See the privacy summary for what happens next.
Response times
Email is answered on business days, Pacific time, and usually within one business day. Meet weekends are the exception in both directions: a live competition with a problem is triaged immediately, and everything that is not urgent may wait until the following week.
If a meet is running right now and something is wrong with it, say so in the subject line and include the meet URL. That is the fastest path we have.
For automated clients
An agent should not need to send an email to use Scorsync. The public read endpoints require no credential, no account and no approval — see the agent instructions and the OpenAPI document, which marks exactly which operations are open and which need a credential. Email is only required for the two things that write to a live competition: partner service tokens and meet-day ingest tokens.
Machine-readable contact details are published as
Organization.contactPoint in the JSON-LD on every page.
